2-Day Getaway to Benidorm and Terra Mítica from Granada

Benidorm has a more interesting history than its fame suggests. What today is the capital of mass tourism on the Costa Blanca was for centuries a small fishing village that in the fifties made a radical urban-planning decision that forever changed the profile of its skyline and the tourism model of the Spanish Mediterranean. This two-day getaway from Granada combines a cultural look at the city with a full day at Terra Mítica, the theme park dedicated to the great civilizations of the ancient world.

Departure from Granada is at 8:30 a.m. by bus with our accompanying guide throughout the experience. Upon arrival in Benidorm, our guided tour reveals the city’s most representative spots and the history behind the most photographed destination on the Costa Blanca. The afternoon is free for personal enjoyment of the beach or the city before the dinner included at the hotel. The second day begins with breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Terra Mítica, with plenty of time in the park before returning to Granada around 4:00 p.m.
