Úbeda and Baeza were declared World Heritage by the UNESCO and are, together with the great ensembles of Italy, an unmissable reference of Renaissance urbanism in Europe. 1. Baeza, monumental city: Cobblestone and quiet streets with one of the most notable collections of monuments in Andalusia.
